Our Guild doesn't make use of a DKP system or anything similar. Everything is done through the Council of Mandate which represents the Guild and is the best mechanism to suit its members  !

The general rule the council will follow is the need before greed, which means that items will be distributed to those that will benefit most from that item. The criteria that defines the importance of the specific item is as follows: the rarity and the effective bonus it will give to the player when used

All factors are being measured as a total and not individually. The council's actions as stated in the Guilds Manifesto are to be trusted and never doubted since they are being made for the sake of the progress of the Guild.

Should a member feel they were cheated or think that they deserve that item; but have not been granted it s/he should contact the High Commissioner directly for pvp items, and the Commissioner for PVE items.
