Guild Rules

The actions of each Guild Member are very important for the Guilds Image and Status among other Guilds ! For this reason we've created a set of Rules which have as their goal to protect the Guild and its Members from possible harm.

It is forbidden:

  • To share your Forum Account with Guild Members and other persons not related to the Guild.
  • To share the Guilds Mumble Server Tokens with other persons not related to the Guild or with Guild Members not having the appropriate Rank.
  • To share information related to the Guild with other persons not related to the Guild

It is suggested you do not:

  • Share your Game Account with others,not even with Guild Members and Friends since it poses a threat to your Account being stolen or ripped off.
  • Give your Account for Power Leveling since your account might get stolen.
  • Real Money Trade since you will violate the EULA and be banned and also might have your credit cards information stolen.

It is not allowed:

  • To question a decision taken by the Council of Mandate
  • To Insult other Guild Members or show disrespect of any kind
  • To promote another Guild in the Forum,Mumble or other Threads related to our Guild
  • To work against the Guilds Goals
  • To start a revolt within the Guild
  • To ask a High Rank Member for a "favour" which will put you in a more advantageous position compared to other Guild Members
  • To provoke other players outside of the Guild with bad language and actions,also it is not allowed to argue with other players who are or aren't in another Guild ! Should such cases occur please contact the High Commissioner immediately and in case He is not online seek another High Rank Member for Help.

DISCLAIMER: No High Rank Member will ever ask you for personal data such as Game Account Name,Game Account Password,Forum Password furthermore no High Rank Member will ask you ever to lend them Ingame Items*.

Misc

 The Guilds Structure is something very important and in order to maintain this one must obey to the Rules and the order of the Ranks.

A High Rank Member is not allowed to interfere in the domains in which another High Rank Member is in charge of,only the High Commissioner may do that should he think that the Person in charge may not respond to the Guilds expectations.

Trouble Shooting

 Should there be a Problem between you and another member or among you and members then please contact the Prime Soldier to seek advice and/or help.

Should there be a Problem with a High Rank Member then please contact the High Commissioner to seek advice and/or help.
Leaving the Guild: A member is free to leave the Guild whenever they wish but it is better to inform a High Rank Member about the reason why you want to leave so that no misunderstandings occur.

Violating the Rules Set will result in the summoning of the Council of Mandate where the committed crime will be examined in detail and a punishment sentenced.There's no standard punishment for each rule broken but various factors will be taken into consideration.

Remember that Ethics Violation is a Guild where it's all about fun but we also want to preserve all that we've built until now.The rules are for everyone and there are no exceptions for anyone !
