High Commissioner

The High Commissioner is the Leader of the Guild and the whole organization of the Guild falls under his jurisdiction. He's the one in charge of Guild Politics, setting guidelines for the Recruitment, Guild Policies&Rules. He is  the one to appoint the Commissioner and also invite Guild Members to the rank of Veteran Soldiers but also summon the Council of Mandate.

 

Commissioner

The Commissioner is being appointed by the High Commissioner himself and acts as his assistant in matters which the High Commissioner assigns him to. The powers of the Commissioner are defined by the High Commissioner before his appointment and can be subject of change, should the High Commissioner not be satisfied with what the Commissioner has offered.

The Commissioner does not have a set term of service, the duration of it is subject of the High Commissioners judgement.

 

Prime Soldier

The Prime Soldier is the elected Representative of the Veteran Soldiers. His role is to act as a councillor in the Council of Mandate and represent the will of the Main Regiment. Furthermore the Prime Soldier is responsible for the Veteran Soldiers and suggests new candidates to the High Commissioner.

The Prime Soldier serves for a month and has the option to be re-elected for a second consecutive month. In case a Prime Soldier served for two months in a row, a different Veteran Soldier has to be elected as Prime Soldier and the original Veteran Soldier has to wait for two months before being eligible for election again.

A simple majority is needed in order for a Prime Soldier to be elected.

 

Veteran Soldier

The Veteran Soldier is part of an Honorary Elite of Guild Members. They are Guild Members who have contributed a lot to the Guild and have proven themselves to be very responsible and trustworthy in terms of Personality and Actions. Their opinion is well respected and appreciated due to their experience in matters related to the Guild and the Game.

There's is an option for the High Commissioner to assign certain tasks to the Veteran Soldiers as he sees fit.

 

Soldier

The Soldiers form the backbone of the Guild and they are who keep the ones to keep it alive. Every Soldier in the Guild is equal to all others and may enjoy all rights and benefits granted.

 

Recruits

The Recruits are fresh recruited soldiers who have to gain the trust of the whole Guild, yet. They have to obey to the same rules as all other members do and may have the same duties as all other members. There is no trial time and a Recruit may become a Soldier whenever the High Commissioner summons the Council of Mandate.

 

Other Important Information

Council of Mandate

Important decisions are being taken through the Council of Mandate. The High Commissioner is the one to summon the Council of Mandate, and does so normally every second Saturday of each month. During the CoM the Commissioner and the Prime Soldier serve as Advisers to the High Commissioner and can't take any decision on their own.

The Council of Mandate serves as an evaluation meeting where the results of the actions taken until that time are being subject of discussion.

 

Prime Soldier Election

The Election of the Prime Soldier by the Veteran Soldiers takes place every first Saturday of a month. The High Commissioner is the one to formally call for the Meeting. Veteran Soldiers then can submit their application to the High Commissioner to be part of the Nominees. A Veteran Soldier can't vote for themselves to become a Prime Soldier but rather has to vote for another individual from the list of Nominees. A

Should the High Commissioner see that the Prime Soldier is not responding well to his responsibilities, he can summon an Urgent Assembly, where the issue of distrust towards the Prime Soldier is being presented. The Veteran Soldiers can by a total majority voting neutralize the distrust of the High Commissioner and allow the Prime Soldier to continue his service. In case that the High Commissioner still isn't satisfied with the Prime Soldiers service, he can propose a new candidate who requires a simple majority to be elected as the new Prime Soldier (serving the rest of the originals term).

 

Veteran Soldier Invitation

For a Soldier to become a Veteran Soldier, they have to be given an Invitation by the High Commissioner. The number of Veteran Soldiers is limited to " 1 V.S per 10 S, +1"

Invitations are formerly handed out by the High Commissioner during the General Assembly (4th Saturday of a Month)

 

General Assembly

The General Assmebly takes place during the 4th Saturday of a Month and serves as a obligatory meeting for all Members of the Guild with no exceptions to rank.

 

Urgent Assembly

An Urgent Assembly, may be summoned anytime the High Commissioner seems fit to address various problems within the Guild. The Commissioner and/or the Prime Soldier can request for an Urgent Assembly to be summoned, though the approval of the High Commissioner is required for it to take place.
